Protecting Our Conservative Values

After much prayer and consideration, I recently announced my intention to run for an open seat on the Alabama Supreme Court in 2012.

I did this for two reasons. First, I know that my legal experience and ability to dispense efficient justice can help our overburdened and under-funded judicial system.

Secondly, as a life-long Conservative, I believe in family values. The traditional values under which I was raised help guide me in the decisions I make everyday. These values help protect our way of life: safer communities, more personal liberty and economic free enterprise.

I am very grateful to have been elected twice to a seat on the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals. I hope to earn your trust---and with it, your vote--- as I seek election to the Alabama Supreme Court on March 13, 2012 in the Alabama Republican Primary.
